  • Send your item back recorded delivery with your new correct size wanted on the packing slip.
  • Once we have checked over the return and we will then ship out your correct size.
  • Customers should pay postal charges to us and we will pay return to customer postal charges.
  • Please ensure to ship back by recorded delivery as Xexymix UK are not liable for any lost returns.

If the item you received is incorrect or faulty, please contact our customer service at cs@xexymix.co.uk as soon as possible.

If you wish to return or exchange your items, we are happy to accept within 28 days of receiving your items with the following conditions.

  • Please bear in mind – All shorts are Non Refundable nor Exchangeable due to hygiene reasons
  • The Items must come back in original and re-saleable condition (e.g. Unworn with Tags still attached, not washed or altered, with no markings) and don’t forget to included Bra pad together.
  • All items must have been purchased at xexymix.co.uk and returned in its original package with the order sheet.
  •  You will then be able to follow the “Return” steps to complete your return of the unwanted order and a refund will be issued once we have received.

** Please note – If the condition of the item is not met with accordance to the above policy, Xexymix reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.

** Xexymix does not accept responsibility for any items lost on return. Therefore please always retain proof of postage when sending along with tracking number and collection reference.

Return Procedure

  1. Send an email to cs@xexymix.co.uk
  2. Send your package back to us.
  3. XEXYMIX will check over your return.
  4. Proceed with the Refund.

– Faulty items should be returned within 1 month after you received your item.

– Please note any events such as [1+1], [EVENT], [Limited Time Offers] are not available for Exchange or Refunds.

– After inspection, it could take up to 3~4 business days for us to process your refund. Please keep in mind, it can take up to 8~10 business days for the funds to appear back into your account or payment method you used.

 

  • You will receive a refund confirmation to the email address you provided.
